2. Client Responsibilities

3. Coach Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and expertise.
4. Confidentiality Agreement
All information shared during sessions is confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Scope of Practice
Heart Essence Coaching does not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional services when necessary.
7. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Clients are welcome to provide feedback to enhance the quality of services.
8. Termination of Services
Coaching relationships may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice. A summary session is recommended to conclude the relationship positively.
